His arrest follows a fugitive warrant, related to emails he sent to a judge during a legal proceeding where he represented himself.
Before his arrest, Armstrong took to social media to discuss the situation. On March 21, he posted on X stating that he could “confirm the warrants for my arrest” as linked to emails he sent to Cobb County, Georgia, Superior Court Judge Kimberly Childs. Armstrong had been self-representing himself in court when the communications occurred.
